Philippine Folk Dancing

My friend Adam sent me a video taken by an archaeologist in the 1960's of the Bagobo tribe, an indigenous tribe in the Philippines. 

 

Then I got distracted from what I actually needed to do and spent a ridiculous amount of time looking at all the videos of this tribe's dance, and I found one that is an instructional video!
